We are delivering a complete interior refresh to Sunrise Valley Medical Center, a well-established early 2000s office complex home to a diverse community of medical practices — from general practitioners and dentists to plastic surgeons and physical therapists. Working closely with the building's condo board to align on design direction and material selections, our approach modernizes the shared interiors while remaining sensitive to the professional environment that patients and practitioners depend on every day.
The design philosophy centers on warmth and approachability — an intentional departure from the clinical aesthetic often associated with medical spaces. A carefully curated palette of warm tones and natural earth-inspired materials creates an inviting atmosphere that puts patients at ease from the moment they arrive. Every element has been selected to integrate seamlessly with the building's existing architecture, resulting in a cohesive, refreshed environment that feels both contemporary and enduringly comfortable.
