Set within an established church campus, this renovation converts an underused education wing into a fully licensed childcare center serving infants through pre-K. The project navigates a change of use inside an occupied place of worship — reconciling building code, fire code, and Maryland childcare licensing — to deliver bright, durable classrooms without expanding the building footprint.
